ITENARY

Day 1 :
Day 1 :

Reach Hubbali by 7am in the morning

Finish the break fast enroute to vibhuthi water falls

Then proceed towards Mangrove board walk & check in to the Beach side stay enjoy Bon fire

Day 2 :
Day 2 :

Wake up at 6am freshen up and finish the break fast proceed to Murdeshwara temple

Reach belekan beach and there you start beach trail ( 5km)

Belekan beach-Paradise beach-Half moon beach- OM beach finish the lunch start to dandeli

check in to the dandeli stay get ready for the Rain dance and pool games

Finish dinner and it's time for bon fire along with some fun activities hosted by the organizer

Day 3 :
Day 3 :

Wake up at 6AM and go for Jungle walk to experience the nature of dandeli

Finish you're breakfast and proceed for water activities

Finish you're water activities have lunch check out at 3pm and proceed to hubbali station with lotzz of memories and it's time to say see you soon for the next trip !!

Notes

  • Given quote is valid for minimum (12 Pax ) paying persons only.
    • Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels, but the accommodation so provided will be of the same class.
    • At all the Hotels Check-in time is 14:00 hrs.& Check-out time 11:00 hrs.In all hotels the base category rooms are provided.
    • Child below 5 yrs. stay complimentary
    • Non A/c Rooms are provided on hill stations due to Low Temp.
    • Car & Chauffer service are provided from 8.00 am to 8.00 Pm, except during Political bandh & medical emergencies.

Payment Policy:

  • 30% advance amount is required for booking confirmation                   
  • 30% amount have to be pay on before 15 days of arrival
  • Remaining 40% amount have to be pay on arrival.

Cancellations and Postponements by Organizers:

INFINITE TRAVEL CLUB MAY DECIDE TO CANCEL THE EVENT IF THERE ARE LESS THAN 8 TRAVELERS OR DUE TO EXTERNAL FACTORS WHICH ARE
BEYOND OUR CONTROL, SUCH AS POLITICAL SITUATIONS, NATURAL HAZARDS, CANCELLATION OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTS, ETC., THE ORGANIZERS WILL INFORM YOU ABOUT ALTERNATE EVENTS. YOU CAN CHOOSE TO SWITCH TO ANY OTHER EVENT FOR WHICH SEATS ARE AVAILABLE OR CHOOSE TO CANCEL IN THIS CASE, THE FULL AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY BY THE TRAVELER (YOU)

IF YOU CANCEL 3 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE EVENT:

NO REFUND WOULD BE PROVIDED.

LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WORK, HEALTH ISSUES, ETC. WOULD NOT BE ENTERTAINED AND NO REFUND OR TRANSFER SHALL BE ALLOWED FOR THE SAME.

NO POSTPONING YOUR TICKET TO FUTURE EVENTS AND NO REFUND WITHIN 48 HOURS OF THE EVENT START TIME.

FOR ALL THE ABOVE CHOICES, YOU CAN TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS TO YOUR FRIENDS. WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO HAVE THEM ON BOARD AND YOU COULD SAVE YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY.

IF YOU CANCEL 3-6 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF THE EVENT:

50% OF THE ACTUAL AMOUNT OF THE TREK.
